3/4 cups dried chickpeas (~2 cups cooked)
5 grape tomatoes chopped
1/3 red onion
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, franks red hot
This is a nice hearty ~700 cal lunch with over 30 grams of protein and tons of fiber. Takes me like 5-10 mins of prep to make daily.

How are you cooking the dried chickpeas? I need to start using dried not canned.
