Greek Salad – Maroulosalata

Ingredients:

1 head Romaine lettuce, shredded
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 bunch dill, chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded Romaine lettuce, sliced green onions, and chopped dill.
Add crumbled feta cheese.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss everything together and serve immediately for a fresh and vibrant side dish!
