The meat is shredded, that's why it's not visible in the picture – in case you were wondering where's the meat.

I had this dish a few times while I was working in Hyderabad a few weeks over a Ramadan. It’s definitely much different than many western dishes with a viscosity that reminds me a little of silly putty. But it was really good every time I had it. If you have a good recipe definitely link it. I may have to make a batch and if it’s any good share it with some friends that would appreciate it.
