a few days ago i decided I needed to make a pretty drastic lifestyle change. i settled on the medierranean 'diet' because i love to cook and all the food looked so good and comforting! a few days in, I am really enjoying it so far. heres a few meals I have made. I cant say I suddenly feel excellent and bursting with energy (i'm guessing that will take some time) but I feel better about myself for the choices I have made. if anyone has tips, advice, or good recipes for a newbie that would be appreciated 🙂
