Followed this recipe using her suggested 100g:250g adjustment for cooler weather. Tastes like heaven but the top got a little.. wrinkley after cooling. Is that a sign of something wrong? how did it taste? I made one that looked really nice like this but I ended up feeling like it was too dense. it actually tasted very good right after I sliced it but later felt too dense
