    This doesn’t look like it, but it’s immediately what I thought of.

    Loco Moco. 

    A lot of Hawaiian restaurants near us are Filipino run and have a mix of hearty Hawaiian and Filipino dishes.

    Burger steak silog. Steak is expensive in the Philippines so they usually do burger patty with gravy, rice, and egg.
