Um… well I’m not big on squash to begin with…. Most of the time i prefer to just stick to zucchini… But if I had to pick a different kind of squash, I’d choose a kabocha squash and make a Thai curry out of it. Or else if I’m feeling whimsical I’d buy a spaghetti squash.
