Second brisket cook ever and hoping it turned out good. I just recently obtained an Oklahoma Joe pellet grill and Rand this baby overnight on 200 with hickory/oak pellet mixture. Wrapped it and cranked it up to 250 early this morning and now we’re going to rest in a cooler for an hour or two until slicing and finding out how I really did.
