   Bottom left looks pretty good – I assume it goes with top left? I’d smash. Idk about the apples, though…

   My only critique is that the bottom right is a bit rare, but that is *my* opinion, and I realize it may not be shared by all. I’d still happily eat it if I were your guest, I would just cook it another 15s/ea side, personally.

   That looks great, but I’ve never been able to make steak work on a sandwich. I always end up pulling the whole slice out instead biting through it
