Leftover restaurant salmon. Bean salad. I’ve only made it as written once, I use white beans instead. I had some fresh garden tomatoes on hand so I diced those instead of the cherry tomatoes. And for convenience, dried parsley, basil, and oregano blended into the dressing do just fine. The vinaigrette is very good.

Yep I end using a lot of dried herbs with bean dishes as it works well. Looks scrumptious
