Not the prettiest, but lasagne made with beef braised until tender in san marzano tomatoes, pinot noir, bit of garlic and fresh rosemary, heaps of fresh basil. Mornay sauce with parmigiana. Fresh pasta.. All assembled, topped, and layered with more parmigiana and basil.
