Had some sushi today visiting Boston and tried a sample platter. We weren’t given a guide so besides the shrimp, salmon, egg and tuna, weren’t particularly sure of what we had. The top left one was the most confusing for us! Can anyone help identify what is what?

I could be wrong but I see salmon nigiri, I think thats egg, I see tuna, and other fish
Top left looks like fatty tuny(otoro or chutoro)
Middle from left to right is mackerel, unagi(eel), tuna, I’m not sure what the white one is.
Top: negitoro, tamago
Mid: aji/horse mackerel, anago or unagi I’m leaning more towards unagi, bonito, some kind of clam
Bottom: amaebi, kuromaebi, salmon, big eye tuna
From top left and coming down snake style: negi toro, tamago, raw tako, seared bonito, anago, aji, ama ebi, ebi, sake and akami maguro. Looks like they also might be using red vinegar for the sushi rice.
White one is razor clam or im a tree.
I’m not really sure about some of it, but
