    Recipe:

    Dice 1 red onion, 1 carrot, 1 green pepper, 2 cloves of garlic

    Add olive oil to pot then when hot put in the onion and cook for 4-5 min, then add 1 pound of beef + carrot and green pepper. Once almost browned, add garlic. This is medium-high heat by the way

    Add like a quarter of a bottle of white wine to deglaze then add 2 jars of spaghetti sauce (would normally use crushed tomatoes + tomato paste but had extra jars).

    Cook for 30 min – 1 hour at a low simmer and add salt, pepper, oregano, and a little garlic salt.

    Add to pasta and boom. I alternate between tossing the sauce with the pasta and just putting it on top of the pasta on the plate. I usually just put on top when it’s spaghetti, but I mix the sauce with the pasta when I use penne or rigatoni
