The girlfriend and I found some chicken of the woods at Mount rainier national Park yesterday! We decided to get a tri tip and put in the sous vide at 131 for 2 hours. Got a great sear in the lodge cast iron plus blow torch. Topped them with amazing mushrooms sauteed with butter, garlic , shallots, and white wine. #foraging #sousvide #mushrooms #chantrelles
