    I’ve tried this with lots of different seasoning blends, rubs and toppings. Mostly savory because I’m not a huge on sweets, but honestly my favorite variation so far has been brown sugar, cinnamon and crumbled pecans.

  8. If you haven’t, make mac n cheese with the cheese you smoke. You’ll gain 10lbs by the end of the month
