I AGREE WITH THE TRADER JOE’S HASHBROWN STATEMENT THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST (so is their brioche). i make breakfast sandwiches very often but because i think bagels are too tough i use the brioche instead. but my sandwich is brioche, hashbrown, bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, egg, and spinach. i like milk in my eggs tho bc they are fluffier that way i also add salt and pepper bc that’s what i always do 😭
