Angelus is outside my price range unfortunately lol That said, I’ve tasted a few ’14 Emilions like the Troplong Mondo, Gaffelière and Canon.
Across Bordeaux I’ve found ’14 to be a strange vintage. The wines have all disappointed and it’s not clear to me if they just need more time, but they don’t taste dense and unyielding like, say, ’15. Just sort of shallow. I’m hoping your Angelus fares better!

Had the ’14 in the last 6 months. Was quite good, though I wouldn’t hesitate to hold it another 5-10. Rich chocolate, leather, plum, blackberry, and spice.
