Last night’s special was a good old fashioned double smash burger with the works! Home-ground chuck, American cheese, lettuce, heirloom tomato, pickles, onions, and homemade burger sauce, on a buttered and griddled brioche bun. I may have also basted the burgers with bone marrow butter.

    This is exactly how a smash burger should look. The basics but the basics done right. Proper smash, solid ratio of toppings sauce and bun. Well done op.

    Nice smash! thin with crispy/lacey edges. Nice job on all, only thing to improve the ratio of burger with another pattie. I personally like a triple if im adding toppings.
