    Yes you might even though it’s not necessarily a weight loss diet, combined with other life style changes like not too large portion sizes and exercise you may still lose weight.

    But the recommendation for the Mediterranean diet is to stick to 1 egg, not more than 4 times a week. So a plate full of eggs is probably not the best idea.
