  1. Hi!! Here’s my recipe for GLUTEN FREE LASAGNA!!

    Ingredients:
    * 1 red onion, minced garlic
    * 1 lb ground turkey
    * 3 tbsp tomato paste
    * 2 24oz jars marinara sauce
    * 1 cup parmesan cheese
    * 15oz ricotta
    * 16-20oz shredded mozzarella
    * Gluten-free lasagna sheets
    * Oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil

    Total Protein: 296g (15 servings, 20g/serving)

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
    2. Chop 1/2 red onion.
    3. Heat olive oil, add garlic, then onions. Cook until golden.
    4. Add ground turkey, salt, pepper, oregano, and tomato paste. Mix in marinara and simmer.
    5. Combine parmesan and ricotta.
    6. In a 9×13” baking tray, layer meat sauce, lasagna sheets, ricotta mix, mozzarella, and oregano. Repeat layers.
    7. Top with remaining meat sauce, ricotta, and additional mozzarella or cheese blend.
    8. Cover with foil and bake for 45 min, then remove foil and bake for 15 min.
    9. Cool before cutting. Enjoy!
