Hey foodNYC crowd!
You guys are the reason our team has been working super duper hard the past 8 months on a app/ tool we built for finding specific foods and dishes in nyc – and being able to order them without hassle.
We actually released a beta version of this tool in May? I believe and received an overwhelming response to build an app!
The whole point of the app is to be able to search a specific dish like “chopped cheese” or “coffee rolls” or “crab Rangoon” and find every single variation of that dish. We’re super exited to release this to NYC and we’d love to know what you think / your feedback. (It’s litterly everything to me) . This subreddit has been my go to for 2 straight years for good for in nyc so I know you guys are going to be the best people to show.

- ai search engine (with over 3m+ nyc dishes)

- dish ordering and reviews

Based on lots of feedback here some more things I failed to mention:
1) the app is only for food delivery services so it doesn’t have every restaurant like Google would
2) if you can’t find something on search try going to the map with images toggled off and you can search by dish on the map without images (there tends to be 2-5x more dishes that simple don’t have images based on what the restaurants provide)
3) we include history, calorie, macros, and ingredients information for each dish! Which is one of my favorite parts of the app so to access this just press a dish name and you get all of that
