Healthy simple garlic basil olive oil, jar it in the fridge and use it for sauces, salad, dressings, or the spread. It’s a base for pesto too.
Super easy and healthy, 1/2 cup of garlic, 1 cup basil and 1 cup extra virgin olive oil, blend and jar in fridge. Enjoy! Olive oil will solidify in the fridge, that’s normal.
