    Perfect combo for a fermented sauce! Just add garlic and carrots ! Give your sister a bottle of the sauce!

  2. Some good YouTube videos on making sauce. They are better than this but here’s a fast summary:

    50/50 (good)white vinegar/water. Cut off stems. Bring to a boil them turn it down to a low boil and cover. Boil the peppers and a small amount of garlic, 1-2 peeled cloves. Boil until the peppers finish changing color. Let it cool if you need to then blend it. Strain it after if you want.

    It’s best to used sanitized bottles/jars for storage and you will preserve the flavor better if you refrigerate. If you will eat it fast then don’t bother refrigerating.

    Watch multiple videos on it and you’ll get the idea.

    Blend them all into a paste and apply directly to the eyes.

    Or pickle them.
