My wife hates pasta… I know. I know, this is definitely divorce worthy. Unfortunately she had to go out of town this weekend… So I made this beauty. All fresh ingredients from the farmers market and local sausage from my butcher. Satisfied for now…. Divorce overted… For now.

Looks great! My only recommendation would be to remove the skin from the sausages next time so that they can crumble and spread their juice all through the pasta in the pan.
