Best California Rolls

I am as much of a sushi snob as there is, but I have always had a soft spot for a really good California roll. I know it’s not authentic, but I really don’t care. My one caveat is I don’t like when places make California rolls using chunks of crab stick. I think it’s much better to use a mixed crab (even if it’s “krab”) (such as the example attached from a place in Los Angeles that I think serves excellent California rolls). Any suggestions welcome.
