My first go at a spatchcock chicken on the Weber. How’s it look?

    I’ve been grilling mine with dry rub directly over the coals till nice and crisp. Then I take it inside and coat it with BBQ sauce and bake it till the sauce is caramelized and cooked into the chicken.

    try beer can chicken using your exact recipe. heavenly!

    Tuck the wing tips behind the “shoulders” so that it looks like it’s laying down. Keeps the bird flatter.
