A very tasty Greek soup that I enjoy. Very easy to make that required very little ingredients. The key is using a Rotisserie Chicken to get additional flavor, and quicker to make. On my video, I will only be using egg yolks, making our soup clean, soft and creamy. Please this soup has a strong lemony flavor. Please try it and let me know in the comments what you think.
