    They’re good in a simple stir fry with sesame oil salt and pepper or in soups like doenjang jjigae!

    Hobak jeon, hobak jjigae(guk), hobak deonjang guk, hobak bokkem with shrimp jeot.
    I don’t know how to cook these. Hobak jeon is my favorite.

    Since it’s Chuseok season, slice into smaller cuts and make them into jeon! Or you could add them into any stews/jigaes of your preference. They’re also a little larger in size, so you may expect them to have more seeds. You could trim it off if you’d like.
