    Meursault Gouttes d’Or 2017 by Buisson Battault, Amazing example on the region. Looooooads of wood, oily. For those who do love the mineral side of white burgundies. Mouth warming, dry, complex. Amazing.

    Did a customer leave some in the bottle? Does your restaurant allow you to have a discounted “shifty”?

    Customer once left 3/4th of a bottle of Shafer hillside select 2007. It was super young but one of my favorite bottles I had it again 10 years later
