Roasted salmon with a Za'atar coating, Pearl Couscous with Butter beans, arugula salad with olive oil, parmesan, whole grain croutons, and pumpkin seeds.

Make the Couscous following package directions, add any seasoning you like. I added some lemon zest & Bragg's Sprinkle. During the last 4 minutes of cooking, add a can of rinsed & drained butter beans.
*stir a lot while cooking for a creamy texture.

    Is that croutons and parm on salad, and is that okay? (Not judgmental tone, looking for advice)

    I am just starting and I made a salad topped with peppers and olives because I was scared to put anything else even though I love shaved parm on a salad 😭
