Just proud of this loaf and wanted to share!

Recipe:
1000g bread flour
800g of water
20g of salt
Mix together and rest for 30 mins
Add 150g of starter and mix until fully incorporated then rest for 30 mins
Stretch and fold 4-6 times in 30 min intervals
Divide dough into two and pre-shape. Let rest on counter covered for an hour and a half
Shape and place in banneton/bowl and place in fridge over night, covered
Preheat Dutch oven at 500 degrees, drop to 450 when ready to bake.
I sprayed mine with water and lightly pressed sesame seeds onto the surface then scored.
Bake for 25 mins, then place on baking sheet to brown for 15-20 mins
(I placed a pizza stone on the rack below to avoid bottom from burning)
