  1. Pale lemon in color.

Nose of citrus, lemons, green apples, light yeast, spices and minerals.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Very dry on the palate with limes, green apples, light grapefruits, herbs, light yeast, spices, light earth and sea salt.

Long finish with limes and light almonds.

This is a very tasty Sparkling from Oregon. Elegant right out of the bottle, spicy and tangy.

Well balanced, easy drinking, and a good sipping wine.

Feels like a good quality English Sparkling, which is very interesting.

Showing nice complexity already, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Needs 20 minutes of airtime to open up properly, so be patient. Good by itself or with food.

A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Aged on its lees for 3 years. Disgorged in 2023. A small production of only 270 cases.

    12% alcohol by volume.

    91 points.

    $75.
