Ignore the muscle milk in the back lol, not mine.

Breakfast today was a smoothie (that I drank most of first) made with:
3 cups of spinach
1 cup strawberries
1 cup frozen mango
3/4th cup almond milk
Splash of lime juice

A piece of whole grain toast with almond spread (butter?) at my grocery store there is a machine with almonds that just mushes them up and spit it out, is this butter or just mashed almonds? Either way, it’s thick and delicious!

    Throw some protein powder in that smoothie and you’re good. Breakfast is the best time to load up on protein.

    My HEB has the same thing with the almonds! I used to do it but found just buying the jar of almond butter cheaper and more convenient epically since I don’t think the almond butter brand I get has anything processed in it anyways. But, that’s a great breakfast I do the same thing!! I’ve been trying to buy pea protein for my shake but have yet to do it bc of the price 😅
