Cream Cheese Stuffed Chocolate Cake w/ Mint Chocolate Cookie Buttercream Frosting

Added some fresh mint from the garden as decor and made it a single layer. Felt like it was gonna be heavy but was extremely balanced with a splash of tang from the cream cheese.
