With homemade wheat and millet buns. Made with milk, powdered milk, butter, sugar, salt and yeast besides the flours. Super light, soft and fluffy.

Double cheeseburger made from bottom to top with mayo, two beef quarterpounders topped with gouda cheese, an egg, sunny side up, a slice of fried smoked bacon (guanciale), two slices of oxheart tomato, thinly sliced red onions, a pickle sliced into quarters lengthwise and ketchup.

A feast of textures and aromas! A few pictures to illustrate the whole story.

Greetings to everyone!

    That looks really good.

The bread looks so soft and the amount of each ingredient is perfect imo.

Eggs don’t belong on burgers but other than that, great job.

You lost my interest when i saw the massive quantities of pickle. Pickles belong on a Chicago style hot dog, or sliced and deep fried. Not on sandwiches. and especially not as a spear shape.
