The pork chops have Mccormick brown sugar bourbon spice on em.
Apples, onions, mushrooms, and spinach w/ garlic all sautéed with avocado oil.
Breakfast:
The egg frittatta muffins are onions and mushrooms sautéed, along with tomato and goat cheese. Scramble a bowl of 12 eggs and add salt and pepper. Pour over the veggies in the muffin cups and stir, bake at 350 for around 20 minutes.
I take a container of HEB vanilla Greek yogurt and add a few spoonfuls of the fruit. The fruit is blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and Kiwi, and I add some lemon juice to make it last 5 days.
