    1 tbsp avocado oil
    2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp dill
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    Salt to taste
    1-2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup canned corn
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/3 cup red bell pepper
    1 tbsp jalapeño pepper (optional)
    1/2 cup cooked chicken breast ( seasoned with smoked paprika, salt, black pepper and garlic powder)
    Romaine lettuce
    Half an avocado
    2 tbsp feta cheese
