    Recipe

    1) Boil Potatoes in a pressure cooker.

    2) add oil, cumin seed, heeng, and grated tomatoes in a heavy wok. Cook till tomatoes leave oil.

    Make sure to cook on a slow flame.

    3) add spices- turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Add water and boil over slow flame.

    4) add salt and cook till the gravy is thick. You can mash the potatoes for a thicker gravy.

    5) top with cilantro, garam masala and amchur. Enjoy with Poori or paratha!
