    Not sure. There’s very little marbling. I would have to taste it first to determine if it was tender enough for my spoiled palate.

    If I ordered my preferred doneness, yes i’d complain that it’s overdone.

    If I’d receive this prior to a request or order, heck no I wouldn’t complain as it’s still delicious!

    The first picture yes I’d complain, the second picture my mouth would be full of steak so no I wouldn’t complain
