We had a lot of summer rain recently and noticed a white growth on the back of my pepper leaves. Is this a fungus? If so would any copper fungicide work well?

Reminds me of a bad case of white flys I had earlier this year. Insecticidal soap helped me out when it started getting bad.

Powdery mildew. I’m in central Florida and tried everything, it killed half of my 20 plants and I just pulled up the rest. Will try again late October when it dries out.

Yes, what kind I don’t know. It does not look like powdery mildew fungus but it could be. Regardless it’s too far along to try to save. Throw it away.
