First pic: breakfast. Sautéed cabbage, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, orange peppers, spinach and 2 fried eggs in olive oil using moderate-low heat to keep the olive oil stable, topped with paprika and Greek seasoning, no salt . Second pic, dinner, same vegetables but add potatoes , same seasonings but add black pepper, sockeye salmon for the protein baked for 20-30 at 350° and broiled at 550 for 1-3 mins, mine is a tad over broiled a lot of the olive oil dissipated. It was very savory with sweetness from the peppers and tomatoes, fat from the proteins and olive oil, spices for unique flavors, cabbage for texture change and extra vitamins .
