**Ingredients:**
– 1 medium onion, diced
– 1 lb lean ground beef
– 1 to 2 cups cooked brown rice
– 1 can diced tomatoes
– 1 tbls tomato paste
– 2 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp Salt and pepper
– 4 to 6 large bell peppers
– 1 cup shredded cheese
Optional- garlic or garlic paste 

**Instructions:**
1. Brown beef add onion and seasoning cook for 3 to 5 min.
2. Stir in rice, tomatoes, paste, oregano, salt and pepper and Simmer 7 to 10 min. 
3. Stuff peppers with mixture and bake on 375° for 10-12 minutes. Top with cheese, bake 5 more minutes and the rest is history.

  1. I e been making these for years. So easy. I put Parmesan cheese in too and top with mozzarella
