Inspired by all your wonderfull pic, i tried sourdough donuts. I'm french. Advice and critics welcome. They are good maybe a bit too dense ? If you have a fav recipe.

    So white 45 and 65 flour, egg, milk, butter, Brown sugar, white sugar, sourdough one month old, a tiny bit of yeast, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    I really should start measuring things. Ive let the dough in the fridge all night long. Might have let it in the mixer too long. A Baker told me AT least ten mn for the gluten to développ but i already Baked great pizza dough with minimal interaction. I started yeast and sourdough path because – pizza !!
