* Been using this recipe for all my focaccia needs. Not sourdough, but so easy and delicious I don’t end up caring. Its a *little* thick for sandwiches so I normally trim out a little from the middle and make tomato, basil, mozzarella, and pesto sandwiches.
* I make this recipe every few weeks with discard (it uses a ton!) and freeze about 25 cookie dough balls then take them out of the freezer and bake for 16 minutes at 350F. Always nice to have fresh baked cookies ready to go at any time.
* I follow this fellow redditor’s recipe and it always turns out solid! Sorry for no crumb shot but it looks identical inside to theirs. Would normally add a shot but gifting to a neighbor in return for some fresh honey!
