Thank you for this recipe. I'm going to make it tonight with my granddaughter. I noticed you cut the potato with the round side against the cutting board. I always put the potato flat on the cutting board so it doesn't wiggle. I look forward to your videos. Keep up the good work.😊
I would rinse potatoes in water and dry them first.
