Muffins:
2 cups (254 grams) of All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup (150 grams) sugar
2 tablespoons (20 grams) poppy seeds
1 tablespoon (15 grams) baking power
1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) baking soda
1 cup (240ml) of milk
1 cup (240ml) of beef tallow
1 egg
