So, it's been a while since I used store-bought noodles. But I found these fresh longevity noodles that are the right consistency for Hakata-style ramen.
So I busted out the last of my pork chashu and tonkotsu stock and threw a bowl together with a raw minced clove of garlic.
It tastes exactly like it came out of a yatai in Fukuoka.
