I know the general definition of a Cappuccino is more foam or froth however I want to know which type of Cappuccino is more enjoyable for the customer. Usually I make dry Cappuccinos single/double shot and I foam up the milk and literally pour the milk ontop of the coffee it usually looks like a circle of foam then I sprinkle chocolate powder ontop. I've seen others at my workplace make Cappuccinos that look like latte but the milk has more foam before it's been added to the coffee and it just looks like a Latte with chocolate powder. I don't actually like coffee ironically so I've never actually tried any of the coffees I make so I want to know which style of Cappuccino is more enjoyable for the customer. The 80% cloudy dry Cappuccino or the Cappuccino with obviously more foam but looks like a Latte with chocolate powder. I've put sum pictures below just to give an illustration of the type of Cappuccinos I'm talking about.
