First time canning beans. All the cans sealed, but the liquid level in the cans decreased a lot during processing, leaving the beans on top looking a little funky. Attached is what they look like and the recipe I used in the Presto Digital Canner. Are these shelf-safe? From looking at older posts, it looks like next time I should add less beans and more liquid per can, is that correct?
