  1. I would personally grill something that I had an interest in eating

  2. JuicyForcies

There’s a picture on the box with some ideas

It looks like a lightweight, multi-height, portable grill. Take the family camping or on a boat ride to an island and grill some burgers, hotdogs, or bratwurst.

  4. 100% Yakitori would be a great idea!! Anything that cooks well over very high heat.

You could also do middle eastern style kebabs.

Korean bbq (my favorite is Kalbi style short ribs)

Could do some seafood as well
Shrimp skewers, and a whole fish could be cooked nicely on this as well.

That would be my dedicated kebab or Korean bbq grill

I have one if these, use it for Korean bbq at home

  7. I’d cook off all the paint and chemicals first.

    Searing station.
But really anything would be fun. It’s fun to get a new cooler and seeing what you can pull off. Learn its nuances.

Breaking in a new grill with a nice juicy ribeye is never a bad idea

This is the printer and ink scam all over again. So this time you get a free grill but you have to sign up for their subscription tentacles to cook on it. That’s how they getcha.

I also live in JP. I actually don’t like those grills, but they are descent for Japanese styling of yakiniku.

But really just grill anything you want. It’s a grill. Light up some mokutan and cook. I also

The instructions are right there in the box. Cook everything exactly as the picture.

I’d be looking for Japanese Hibachi guides / recipes

I live in Japan and this is the kind of grill we often use for Yakitori
